- A guided GIN tasting - conducted by Mark Cassidy,
- This isn't a mixology program - GIN is served neat! You'll smell, taste, add a drop of water, sip and smell again
- You'll smell / crush the primary botanicals used in each GIN and sip & smell again!
- Then we conduct a blind tasting of tonic waters - there is an astonishing selection available now - it's all about the sugar used! You will be surprised!
That's when it hits you... you're "experiencing" GIN and tonic for the first time - not iced, diluted or mixed in cocktails!! Wow.... that's what it tastes like!
Don't Expect Pinkies Up or Lace Doilies - Just Bottoms Up!
